Experience

Mr. Vargas works in real estate assisting clients with accounting and financial analysis of their opportunities, as well as brokerage of residential properties.

Álvaro began his career with Empresas de Transporte Vía Centro Limitada in human resources, working in Restructuring and Personnel Recruitment. Later, he worked for Transporte Cinco S.A., where he oversaw the importation and exportation of products.

Beginning in 2004, he managed merchandise control and logistics, as well as the customs clearance and admission of international products into the country.

In 2006, he was the Commercial Manager of Comercial Nova Limitada, overseeing the importation and local distribution of international products.

 

Since 2009, he has worked in the brokerage of properties intended for residential use and living, efficiently managing the work of renting and acquiring properties.
