Experience
Mr. Haddad has more than 20 years of professional experience in tax, corporate, labor, and civil affairs, working in Chile as well as abroad.
In the area of conflict resolution, he has wholly, efficiently, and quickly negotiated and resolved multiple conflicts that have involved tens of millions of dollars.

Cristóbal began his career working in the New Zealand law firm Fortune Manning LLP, where he worked in Mediation and Conflict Resolution. After his arrival to Chile, between 2007 and 2009 he defended the labor affairs interests of the businesses forming Grupo Hiller - in that time, the largest employer in Chile and owner of, among other businesses, Central de Restaurantes (now Aramark).

Additionally, between 2008 and 2010 he worked in civil and commercial arbitration with the distinguished national jurist Hernán Corral T.

From 2009 to 2010, he worked with the ex-president of the Tribunal de la Libre Competencia, Tomás Menchaca O.

In 2011, he was actively involved in the HidroAysén project, which concerned a BOT contract regarding 5 hydroelectric centers in the south of Chile and the development of an electric highway covering more than 1,300 km.
The project had an installed capacity of 2,750 MW, with a CAPEX of $3.2 billion. For all intents and purposes, this has been the most important energy project in Chile until present day.
Mr. Haddad has notable experience in real estate affairs, serving as the Real Estate Prosecutor for Empresas PBG S.A., which manages, among other assets, more than 24,000 square meters of offices in the business center of Santiago.

During the last five years, he has specialized in tax affairs, advising important national economic groups on the design of easily-applied tax structures.

At the same time, in 2014 he successfully facilitated the installation and development in Chile of the important American engineering company CDM Smith Inc., using a model which he replicated in Peru in 2015. The multinational business CMD Smith Inc. is present in 84 countries and has an annual turnover/profit of 2.8 billion dollars.
