Experience
Mr. Rojas has more than 40 years of experience in Account Administration, Taxation and Finances.
From 1988 to 1993, he was the Director of Account Administration of the Holding Enersis, in charge of the electrical distribution branches.
The Holding Enersis is one of the principal private multinational electrical companies of Latin America, with an installed capacity of 16,868 MW and operations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru). It is a dependent of Grupo Enel.
During his time with the company, it expanded internationally, opening operations in Argentina, Peru, and Brazil.
His responsibilities in that period included the fulfillment of Due Diligence during the acquisition of businesses that permitted the company's entry into the aforementioned countries.
Iván was the Manager of Administration and Finances for Edelnor-Perú and Manager of Account Administration for Coelce-Brasil.
From 1999 to 2001, he was the Comptroller of Minera Andacollo Gold S.A in Argentina and Chile, managing the departments of Finances, Human Resources, and Account Administration.
Between 2002 and 2006, he was Senior Consultant for South World Consulting (Expertise in Latin American Energy Development), and from 2006 to 2012 he assumed the management of the company.
Concurrently in the same company, he was a tax and finance consultant and director of many important businesses.
Since 2012, he continued his consulting and auditing services for companies in diverse industries, focusing on topics including finance, accounting, taxes, human resources, management, and strategy.
